After some time off for Memorial Day, New York travels again to face the Rhode Island Reds.
In their last match, the Cosmos once again had a convincing win in the NPSL defeating TSF Academy 5-0. Bardic, Woj (x2), Espinal, and Bartley all scored against the home team, as New York is proving to be a powerhouse in the NPSL. Club owner Rocco Commisso was on hand to celebrate with the win with the Cosmos away support.

Goalkeeper Macklin Robinson was featured on the Cosmos website this week and talked about the club’s desire to go undefeated in the ten game NPSL regular season:
As the full article highlights, Robinson and his ability and comfort with the ball at his feet have been monumental for New York this NPSL campaign.
The Rhode Island Reds have not had an ideal start to their NPSL campaign with two losses and a tie in three matches. Having let up nine goals already this season, New York could really do some damage if they can stay focused. The big bad duo of Woj and Bardic will be looking to both score for the third match in a row against Rhode Island.
Kickoff for the match is at 7 pm in Rhode Island.
