While the Cosmos remain in limbo, another former player finds a new club. Yesterday, Indy Eleven, now of the USL, announced that they have signed Juan Guerra.

The fiery Venezuelan midfielder made 27 appearances with five goals for the Cosmos after joining last offseason. Guerra brought an intense presence to New York’s midfield, mostly operating in a box-to-box position where his passing skills, marking ability, and eye for goal were all utilized.
Guerra joins an Indy Eleven team who also signed former Armada midfielder Zach Steinberger.
