The Cosmos are currently leading by a 4-1 score in Havana, but it's not all good news for Gio Savarese's side. The club has now had a second player forced off of the pitch due to injury, as David Diosa was run over, and appeared to be knocked out cold.

Diosa spent several minutes being treated on the pitch, and when he was able to make his way to the New York sideline, he was immediately taken out of the match. Jimmy Mulligan took Diosa's place on the pitch.

Earlier in the match, the Cosmos were forced to make another change in their attacking band, bringing Leo Fernandes off for Diosa. Fernandes suffered a lower body injury, and lasted just 26 minutes on Tuesday.

The Cosmos have ten days off following the Havana friendly, and look like they could use all of that time to heal up. They're next in action June 13th, against Jacksonville Armada FC.
