Cuban National Team vs. New York Cosmos: Confirmed lineups and discussion

The Cosmos are set to face the Cuban National Team in less than one hour, the first time an American professional team (from any sport) has played a match on the island this century. It should be a fantastic evening, even if it looks like the weather is far from optimal.

The match will be shown live to a national television audience, with the specific details available in our preview from earlier on Tuesday. As expected, Gio Savarese has made a few changes to the regular starting lineup due to injury, but has still selected a reasonably strong unit. Here's who the boys in green will be starting this evening:

I expected to be without Marcos Senna or Roversio, but am a bit surprised to see both Adam Moffat, Andres Flores, and Walter Restrepo left out. It's nice to see Sebastian Guenzatti returning to the starting lineup, though, and Haji Wright joining the bench is something I think most fans will be thrilled about.

Enjoy the match, and hopefully there isn't enough foul weather that we wind up sitting through a lengthy delay.
