It looks as if New York Cosmos B have signed a new player. Yesterday, Portuguese striker Miguel Herlein posted the following image on his Instagram account, indicating that he has completed his signing with the Cosmos.
Herlein, 22 years old, stands 5'11" tall and can play several different attacking roles. He came through the Benfica academy, and has bounced around since leaving the Portuguese side, making stops in Cyrprus, Spain, Portugal, and finally India before making his way to the United States.
Cosmos B currently lead the Northeast division of the NPSL, accumulating ten points over their first four games. They'll have a difficult task to repeat their undefeated month of May again in June, as all four scheduled NPSL contests are set to be played on the road.
