The New York Comsos have always been pioneers in the American soccer landscape, and in June, they'll be doing something that U.S. professional sports teams haven't done in ages. The club will head to Havana to play a match on June 2, against the Cuba national team:

While it's very early and the details are scarce, this news is absolutely massive, and again shows that the Cosmos are looking for a global brand, as opposed to thinking locally. Hopefully those details will be announced in short order, we'll have more information for you as it's made available.
