The New York Cosmos earned the right to host a North American Soccer League semifinal match by winning the spring season title. On Saturday, they'll finally host that match, against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers.
Fort Lauderdale has been an explosive offensive team throughout the 2015 season, thought they've occasionally struggled on the defensive side of the ball. The same can be said of the Cosmos, unfortunately, though many of those defensive issues seem to disappear when Roversio is healthy, as he is this weekend.
The scenario on Saturday is simple...win, and host the NASL final next weekend at Hofstra. Lose, and the season ends in the same disappointing fashion as the 2014 campaign did. As a result is needed, this one will go to 30 minutes of extra time if it's still level after 90 minutes, followed by penalty kicks if still needed to break the tie.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of Saturday's crucial match:
Date/time: Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2 pm ET

Venue: MCU Park, Brooklyn
Television/streaming: As always, this match will be aired nationally on ONE World Sports. It will be streamed nationally on ESPN 3, and viewers from outside of the United States can check the international listings
