On Friday, we received confirmation of a pair of items involving NASL fall season champions, Ottawa Fury FC. First, former head coach, and 2015 NASL Coach of the Year Marc dos Santos confirmed the worst kept secret in the league...that his new coaching job would involve taking over Sporting Kansas City's USL side, Swope Park Rangers.

Meanwhile, the Fury confirmed some news that we heard yesterday evening, that former Austin Aztex manager Paul Dalglish was the man selected to replace dos Santos.

Dos Santos had a fine last few months with Ottawa, following a somewhat difficult first season and a half (at least in terms of results). It will be very interesting to see how Ottawa perform this season, especially if they lose several key players whose contracts are expiring.
