It's almost time to kickoff the first ever meeting between the New York Cosmos and the New York Red Bulls at Hofstra's Shuart Stadium. While the two New York City clubs don't play in the same division, tonight's contest will decide who advances to the fifth round of the U.S. Open Cup. For the Red Bulls, it's a chance to quiet the noisy neighbors, and remind everyone which NY club plays in the top division at the moment. For the Cosmos, it's a real chance to remind fans that NY soccer history is littered with Cosmos silverware, while the Red Bulls have found winning difficult to do since coming into existance.
Gio Savarese has selected the follwing starting lineup to face the Red Bulls tonight:

So no Marcos Senna or Diomar Diaz at all, while Roversio starts on the bench, The Cosmos will have their work cut out for them. Here's the lineup they'll be facing:

Talent-wise, this looks like it will be a very tight matchup, and finishing our chances will be key to advancing tonight. Hopefully the superior tweet graphics give the Cosmos an edge...
As a reminder, if you aren't able to make the game at Shuart Stadium tonight, it will be streamed free on Ussoccer.com, and will be televised on ONE World Sports. Lets go 'Mos!
