New York made the biggest news in the North American Soccer League yesterday, announcing that Marcos Senna would remain with the club until July of 2015. Two of the Cosmos' NASL rivals also announced roster moves recently, bringing back players who were with their clubs last season.
Yesterday, Carolina confirmed that both Nick Millington and Zack Shilawski will be re-joining the club for the 2014 season. Both players saw regular action with the RailHawks last season, appearing in 26 and 27 contests respectively.
The Strikers followed suit on Friday, confirming that Justin Chavez and Stefan Antonijevic will be back for 2014. Antonijevic started all but a pair of Fort Lauderdale's games last season, anchoring their defense. Chavez was more of a role player, making five starts and eight substitute appearances in 2013.
